Female Balance is an evidence-based formula providing highly bioavailable micronutrients, polyphenols, and herbal extracts that help support healthy oestrogen balance in the body. Directions for Adults

Take two capsules once daily with food., Do not exceed recommended intake.  Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
