Directions

Directions for Adults

Mix one scoop (21 g) in 250 ml of water, 30-45 minutes before your workout and again immediately after your workout. Do not exceed recommended intake.  Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
