Chasteberry 10:1 extract (Vitex agnuscastus),Ashwagandha (root) 15:1 extract (Withania somnifera)(1.5% withanolides), Black Cohosh extract (root and rhizome) Actaea racemose L.)(2.5% total triterpene glycosides), Dextrin, Bulking agents: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, tapioca starch, Capsule: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silica.

Directions for Adults
