Directions

Directions for Adults

Mix one scoop (42.6 g) in around 250 ml of water, twice daily or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Shake pot before scooping.  Do not exceed recommended intake.  Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
