L-Taurine, N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine, Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis) (standardised to 98% polyphenols, 75% catechins, 45% EGCG), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl), magnesium (as di-magnesium malate), Bulking agents: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica.

Directions for Adults

Take two capsules once daily with food.  Do not exceed recommended daily intake.  Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
